SALES MANAGER
_____________________________

Once I was hired as sales and business development person, my boss said: this job like Everest, you can see great mountain from afar, majestic snow-white summit rises so high that only sky is higher, but when you begin to climb, very soon you can feel the stones are sharp, the path is narrow, winding and steep, the snow is not so clean, and rise is so difficult. I was so eager to do the job that didn’t pay attention to these words, it was my mistake. At last, despite of all disadvantages, misfortunes and disappointments I achieved my goals I was hired for. But I met so many bright persons not less eager and optimistic at the beginning, with much more abilities than me, which can’t cope with difficulties, their disappointment rose and rose until circumstances burned every desire. The question is: what is the remedy from untimely “burning”? There is a border between persistence and silly obstinacy? Do we need to reach goals in any case, or it makes sense to change goals if you meet difficulties?
